Depois de ter entrado em hibernação há quase um ano, o Monstruário voltou à vida por causa de um pedido especial feito por uma amiga especial. O desafio era criar um monstro com ares de carneiro para o 1º aniversário do sobrinho porque, tal como a tia, o rapazinho é Carneiro. Parece que foi um sucesso e, a julgar pela fotografia, o monstro gostou da festa! O Monstruário gosta de saber que, mais uma vez, fez alguém feliz!

E agora, de volta à hibernação…

After going into hibernation almost a year ago, Monstruário came back to life because of a special request from a special friend. The challenge was to create a monster that looked like a sheep for her nephew’s 1st birthday because, like his aunt, the little boy is Aries. Seems like it was a success and, judging by the photo, the monster enjoyed the party! Monstruário is glad to know that, once again, it made someone happy!

tudo tem um fim / all things must come to an end

Pois é…Tudo tem um fim e este projecto não é excepção.

Mas estamos orgulhosos de terminar em grande, com um pedido mais que especial feito por um amigo: dois monstrinhos, um para o seu bebé, que está a quase chegar, e outro para uma menina que já faz as alegrias dos pais.

Queremos agradecer a todos os que, ao longo de todo este tempo, nos apoiaram e encorajaram, e também aos outros que, de algum modo, nos mostraram que, por agora, este é o caminho a seguir.

Poderíamos dizer “adeus!”, mas preferimos dizer “até um dia!”

Oh well…All things must come to an end and this project is no exception.

But we are proud to present a grand finale, with a more than special request made by a friend: two little monsters, one for his own baby, who is almost due, and another for a little girl who is already her parents’ joy and wonder.

We wish to thank all those who, throughout all this time, supported and encouraged us, and also to the others who, in some way, showed us that, for now, this is the way to go.

We could say “goodbye”, but we prefer to say “see you soon!”

A saga da lavagem dos botões está finalmente terminada e teve como recompensa esta peça única, que foi imediatamente chamado de “botão Tarantino”. Vai ser rapidamente transformado em pin ou colar porque é demasiado engraçado!

The button-washing saga is finally over and it’s reward was this one-of-a-kind piece, which was immediately called “the Tarantino button”. It will soon be transformed into a pin or a necklace because it’s just too funny!

Aqui no Monstruário há sempre que fazer e algumas tarefas são verdadeiramente extenuantes. O último fim-de-semana foi passado a lavar e a separar milhares e milhares de botões! Um verdadeiro tesouro!

Here at Monstruário there are always things to do and some tasks are really exhausting. The last weekend was spent washing and sorting out thousands and thousands of buttons! A real treasure!
